At Senja Cashew SwimSafer Academy,  we believe that our team is the backbone of the services we provide, hence, we pay special attention when hiring. All of our swimming instructors are experienced, highly qualified with top-notch trainings. Our instructors are in the water with their students, figuring out what each kid needs to learn. They demonstrate skills and if necessary, adjust how they explain the execution of the skill, to ensue each kid understands. Each coach is truly engaged in discovering each kid’s motivation to achieve progress.
Every Senja Cashew SwimSafer Academy coach working with babies and small children has received special training to ensure all swimming classes are safe and fun. They are well trained and certified with the following: 

- NROC ( National Registry of Coaches ) /
- ASCTA ( Australian Swimming Coaches & Teachers’ Association ) /
- Joey Lingo ( Early Childhood Development )/
- Life Saving 1,2,3 & above ( Singapore Life Saving Society ) /
- 1st Aid ,CPR and AED /
- Swimsafer Program
